Much of the business training and education I received in my 15 plus years in the business world was an old model that has become outdated with the current times. Just look at the economy and this becomes apparent. I realized by adapting to a new set of rules and techniques I could leap back in front of the curve as an entrepreneur and business owner. You obviously have had similar thoughts and want to learn what is involved.

Every time I go to my dentist I’m glad that she took the time to learn and develop the skills she needed to become a good dentist. I feel confident in her abilities and know that any work that she may be required to do on my teeth will be done properly. When I go to the hardware store I have confidence in talking to the sales people that have been working there as long as I can remember. These people have learned about their products and are able to give me good advice. We all feel confident around people that know what they are doing!
We also know what it feels like dealing with someone who doesn’t project confidence. We have doubts about their abilities and will begin to question if they can give us the information we need or if they can do the job we need.
